What We Offer:

Swedish massage

Perfect for those who are new to massage, are sensitive to touch, and have a lot of tension.  Full relaxation and will help alleviate muscle knots. Your therapist will use numerous techniques such as kneading, long flowing strokes in the direction of the heart, circular motions, vibration, and tapping as needed to relax and loosen strained muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage

Uses more pressure than a Swedish massage. This is a good option if you have chronic muscle problems, soreness, injury, or imbalance. It can relieve tight muscles, chronic pain, and anxiety. Your therapist will use slow strokes and deep finger pressure to ease tension from the deepest layers of your muscles and connective tissue.

Sports Massage

This option is for those who have repetitive use injury to a muscle such as playing a sport or exercise. It is also a good option if you’re prone injuries as it can aid in prevention. Sports massage can also be used to increase flexibility and performance.  It is an idea solution to relieve pain, anxiety, and muscle tension. This can be done as a full body massage or focused area on the parts of your body that may need more attention.
